Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aegis Reviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Aegis Reviews provides a review response management service that monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews, drafts professional responses, and posts those responses only after receiving your explicit approval.
Your Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business during onboarding
- Review all drafted responses before approving them for publication
- Ensure that approved responses comply with Google's review response policies
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not use the Service to post misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
Google Business Profile Access
You authorize Aegis Reviews to access your Google Business Profile on your behalf solely for the purpose of retrieving review data and posting approved responses. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google account settings or by contacting us.
Approval Requirement
No response will be posted to your Google Business Profile without your explicit approval. You retain full editorial control over all content published on your behalf. Aegis Reviews is not responsible for the content of responses you approve and publish.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, continuous monitoring of your reviews. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services, including Google's APIs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will revoke our access to your Google Business Profile and, upon request, delete your data within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
